float to the river
flow away from here

from one season to next
feet dipped in the brook

into the earth, the stream
the roots of the tree go slowly

the fresh stream laps
the old old roots

into the frying pan
fish out of water
fish out of itself

aim at the moon
but sink into water

Hello, H-e-l-l-o!
the traveller in the mountain
has this conversation

—Wien
sun shines
through cherry trees
on the baby left alone

—Jonny

moon hidden in clouds
wolf hidden in the underbrush
makes you want to howl

—Yuki
flowing away
the crab that crawls
into the outgoing tide

—Amy
stifling day
flat tyre, grime grease
dust blown into the wind

—Puttin
petals fall
rippling the pond
where we met last year

—Vanko
the one in the mirror was not me
it was just a
tired face

—Jason

I saw lovers kiss
I heard the birds begin again
I knew the earthquake was over

—Helen
sunshine outside
darkness outside
suns and moon in Brahman’s hands

—Helen

lotuses wither and sink
maple leaves glow fire red
moon hides itself in clouds

—Milly
going to find my car
heavy rain
changes my mind

—Kit
crow on a dead branch
in the sunset shines
black banners of the battler strewn

—Terrence
dancing leaves
dirty old man
bring a butterfly for his daughter

the sky is blue
ducks in the pond
party for one less fish

~ Karina ~
child splashing
along a wet road
draws back his foot from a snail

~ Puffin ~
night so
I sleep and when I woke
still night

~ Jason ~
bright sun
sweat drips on the thirsty ant
alas the drink too salty

~ Siya ~
